Eight killed in Balochistan

QUETTA, Nov 1: Eight people were killed in incidents of firing in different areas of Balochistan on Thursday, sources said.

A tribal clash in Qaziwala area of Bolan district left five people dead. The gunfight between the rival groups continued for hours.

The names of the deceased could not be ascertained.

Two people were gunned down in Chatar area of Dera Murad Jamali. They were identified as Abdul Ghani and Rind Ali.

In Panjgur, armed men on a motorbike opened fire on Jan Mohammad, killing him on the spot.

ACCIDENT: Four people died when a container hit a pick-up on the highway between Sibi and Jacobabad.

Those killed were identified as Shaukat Ali, Qadir Bakhsh, Faqirullah and Saudagar.
