LONDON, Sept 17: Juventus and Olympique Marseille extended their perfect records in Serie A and Ligue 1 respectively with league victories on Sunday.
Italian champions Juve came from behind to beat Genoa 3-1 after two late goals from Mirko Vucinic and Kwadwo Asamoah sent them back to the top of the table. Ciro Immobile had given Genoa the lead before Emanuele Giaccherini struck the equaliser.
Napoli, Lazio and Sampdoria also won to maintain their 100 percent records after three matches.
Brazilian Hernanes scored two outstanding goals before a second-half effort from Miroslav Klose to lead Lazio to a 3-1 win at Chievo, Napoli continued their promising start with a 3-1 home win over Parma and newly-promoted Sampdoria beat Pescara 3-2.
