KARACHI, July 20: Munawar-uz-Zaman XI won the 1st Nadra U-16 Hockey Tournament after beating Brig Atif XI 2-1 at the Olympian Iftikhar Syed Hockey Academy (OISSA) here on Friday.

Shahrukh and Eraj scored one goal each from Munawar-uz-Zaman XI while Danish reduced the margin for Brig Atif XI.

Director General Nadra, Sindh Region, Brig Zahid Hussain, the chief guest on the occasion, distributed the trophies among the teams. The third position and Fair Play trophy was awarded to Korangi Academy.—Sports Reporter
