SUKKUR, Feb 7: A man identified as Kajan Imdhar, 30, died when a bullet hit him during an exchange of fire between two groups of farmers in the kutcha area near Pano Akil on Tuesday.

He was caught in the crossfire that took place between Indhar and Lolai communities over ownership of a piece of forest land near Mitho Indhar village.

Police removed the body to Pano Akil Taluka Hospital and, after post-mortem, handed it over to relatives. No case had been registered till late on Tuesday evening.
