PESHAWAR, Jan 9: An anti-terrorism court here on Monday re-issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the complainant in murder case in 1994 of PPP MPA Badiuz Zaman in which the imprisoned chief of Tehrik Nifaz Shariah..i-Muhammadi Maulana Sufi Mohammad and several others have been facing trial.

When hearing of the case resumed, the court presided over by judge Asim Imam was informed that despite issuance of an earlier arrest warrant the complainant, Mohammad Ayub, then gunman of the killed MPA, could not be traced and he had not turned up.
