PESHAWAR, Jan 2: The court of additional district and sessions judge here on Monday acquitted a cab driver charged with smuggling heroin by giving him benefit of doubt.The court presided over by Altafur Rehman observed that the evidence on record were not enough for conviction of the accused, Ziaul Haq.

It was observed that the prosecution could not prove its case against the accused.
