PESHAWAR: Two men who were attempting to smuggle weapons to Islamabad were arrested by Peshawar police on Monday, DawnNews reported.

The suspects were carrying the weapons in a vehicle which was apprehended after being stopped for checking near Peshawar’s Chamkani area.

The men were subsequently arrested and the weapons were seized by the police.
