DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Sept 21: The police claimed to have arrested 18 suspects during a crackdown against anti-social elements here on Wednesday.

Sources said that officials of Kulachi, Draban and Chodhwan police stations raided various hideouts and rounded up 18 suspected people. They were shifted to unknown location for interrogation.

During the crackdown, the police also arrested two proclaimed offenders wanted in different heinous crimes. The police recovered four rifles, three pistols and 288 cartridges and narcotics from their possession.—Correspondent
