KARACHI, Sept 15: The two-day qualifying rounds of the 16th development series ranking tennis championship which were scheduled to begin at the PN Physical Training and Sports Centre, Karsaz, on Friday will now commence from Saturday.

According to the Sindh Tennis Association (STA), the event has been deferred for a day due to rains in the city.The qualifiers will be followed by main round which concludes on Sept 23.

Saturday’s fixtures:Juniors under-17 singles 9am; boys and girls under-15 singles 12noon; men’s singles 3pm.—Sports Correspondent
