MINGORA, Nov 8: The Z.T.E system of telecommunications has failed to run the Internet smoothly, causing trouble for users. The users complained of noise and frequent disconnections. Initially, they attributed it to fault in the ISP’s server, but later it transpired that the fault lay with the PTCL’s system.—Correspondent
