LAHORE, Aug 3: A man stabbed a 19-year-old boy to death allegedly to preserve his honour in Kot Kamboh locality in Nawankot police precincts on Wednesday.

The police said Liaquat Ali stabbed Muhammad Imran after an argument between the two.

Liaquat’s wife Mumtaz Bibi had complained to her husband a few days ago that Imran teased her in the street. Though the locals mediated between the two but Liaquat nursed grudge against Imran and attacked him on Wednesday. The police handed over the body to the family after autopsy and registered a case against Liaquat who fled.— Staff Reporter
