DERA ISMAIL KHAN/LANDI KOTAL, July 31: Unidentified motorcyclists shot dead a tribal elder of South Waziristan Agency in Tank district on Sunday while three militants were killed in fresh fighting between rival groups in Tirah valley of Khyber Agency.
