LAHORE, July 5: A judicial magistrate at Cantonment courts on Tuesday extended till July 8 physical remand of seven accused, including a surgeon, involved in illegal kidney transplantation.

The accused included Dr Anees and his six assistants Nadeem, Imran, Mushtaq, Sagheer, Mubashar and Ali. North cantonment police had arrested them from a house near Allama Iqbal International Airport when they were busy in transplanting a kidney into a foreigner. — Staff Reporter
