CHAKWAL, July 4: Police arrested three robbers here on Sunday night.

SHO Saleem Akhtar and his team intercepted five robbers at Mangwal Road but could arrest three of them while the rest managed to escape.Police also recovered weapons from the robbers.

The three alleged bandits were identified as Masood Ahmed of Taxila, Babar Nadeen and Javed Iqbal of Chakwal.
