MUZAFFARABAD, June 11: A body was found from an under-construction first floor of a house on the outskirts of Rawalakot on Saturday.

The police said the body was lying under the cement bags.

The victim, identified as Sultan, son of Gul Zaman, resident of Balakot (Mansehra), was working as mason.

People from the area told the police that he had been missing for the last six days and so were labourers working with him.

The body showed torture marks.—Staff Correspondent
