Three killed over petty dispute

THATTA, June 9: Three people, among them a father and his son, were killed when members of Memon and Perozani communities clashed over a petty issue involving children in the coastal village of Sajan Wari in Kharochhan taluka, 80 kilometres from here on Thursday.

DPO Fida Hussain Mastoi told Dawn that the communities exchanged fire in the tiny coastal village, leading to instant death of Mashooq Perozani, Ayaz Memon and his father Suleman Memon.

Ghulam Nabi Perozani, Ali Memon, Altaf and another unidentified man suffered injuries.
