SANGHAR: Three car hijackers held

SANGHAR, Oct 24: The police have arrested three car snatchers along with a stolen vehicle, two pistols and a revolver.

The Jhol police said that the three accused — Mushtaq Khaskheli, Shahnawaz Mallah, and Rashid Waraich — had hired a taxi from Sinjhoro.

The three culprits then drove away the car (M-9739). The victim, Muhammad Yaseen Shaikh, was rescued by some villagers.

The car was intercepted by the SHO Jhol, Tasawar Jatt, near Dham Rakhi village, after a brief encounter. All the accused were arrested.
