PPP leader joins APML

The former vice-president of District Bar Charsadda and district vice-president of PPP Advocate Abdur Rashid Khan along with his associates and other party workers joined the All Pakistan Muslim League.

Citing the reason for his decision, he said all the political parties had failed to resolve the problems of common man, adding that APML was the only party which could bring the country out of the prevailing crises.

He said the prices of essential items had increased manifold and lawlessness and corruption were common. “The acts of terrorism and extremism are their peak and the life and property of people are at stake due to the wrong policies of Zardari-led federal government.”

He said that Pervez Musharraf would be welcomed enthusiastically on his return, adding that the former president would compete in the next general elections. “Gen Musharraf would form the future government and bring the county out of crises.”
