ATTOCK, May 18: A motorcycle lifter was caught red-handed by the owner of the bike in the limit of Jand police station on Wednesday.

Khawar Hayat reported to the police that he parked his motorbike outside his house.

When he returned he found that a youngman was trying to start his bike.

At this he caught him and handed him over to the police for further action.
