PNCA concert enthrals audience

ISLAMABAD, March 25: A mega concert with singing and traditional dance performances was held here on Thursday night in connection with Pakistan Day celebrations at the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA).The event was an effort to promote art and to present the soft image of Pakistan in the world. As many as 5,000 people participated in the event.

The national and international performers like Nasir Khan, Akbar Khameeso Khan, Hikmat Khan, Sachu Khan, Tehmina Shaheen, Hasnain Pasha, Rashid Khan, Bashir Lohar, Shoukat Manzoor, Malkoo, Nadeem Abbas, Saira Naseem and Atta Ullah Khan Esakhelvi performed in the concert.

The dance performances including Cholistan, Punjabi and Sufi dances were performed by the National Performing Arts Group (NPAG).

The people were overjoyed when Nadeem Abbas (Bismillah Karan fame) came on the stage to perform. The performance of Atta Ullah Esakhelvienthralled the audience.
