CHINIOT, March 6: Two men allegedly burnt three members of a family alive over enmity in Chak-15/JB, Monianwala, on Saturday night.

Mohammad Khan, 55, had rivalry with his cousins Mazhar Ali and Azhar Ali over property dispute.

Khan, his mother Khatoon Bibi, 90, and daughter Kulsoom, 22, were sleeping when Azhar and Mazhar allegedly set fire to their house, burning the three alive.

The Sadar police registered a case and sent the bodies for autopsies while their family held a demonstration in Tehsil Chowk and demanded arrest of the suspects.
