KHAIRPUR, Feb 15: A milk trader and his servant were shot dead in the Panj Hatti area here on Tuesday.

Two men on a motorcycle opened fire on Pervez Sohu, 34, and his servant Ashiq, 32, killing them on the spot.

The A-section police said that the double murder was result of an old enmity.

Our Sukkur correspondent adds: Two men were shot dead in a village in the Ghouspur area near Kandhkot.

Ghulam Rasool Ogahi and Habibullah Ogahi came under fire in Noor Mohammad Ogahi village. They died on the spot.

The double murder was followed by an exchange of fire between the Ogahi and Teghani tribesmen.

Two minor girls died when the wall of their house collapsed in Habib Arbani village near Ghotki on Monday night.

Hakman, 5, daughter of Ghulam Rasool Arbani, and Bakhtawar, 7, daughter of Mohammad Hassan Arbani, were buried in the debris. Relatives removed the debris but the girl had died.
