Two families looted at gunpoint

ATTOCK, Feb 13: Two families were robbed by two unknown gangs of dacoits in separate incidents here on Sunday.

Police sources said that a gang of seven robbers entered into the house of Muhammad Saeed at Jalalia village of Hazro police station at about 11am on Sunday. They took all the inmates hostage at gunpoint and looted cash, jewellery and other valuables, sources said. On information, police rushed to the scene and started search of the robbers but no clue about the daylight robbery could be found till filling of this story.

Meanwhile, the house of Mohammad Shehzad, resident of Attock, was looted by a gang of four armed robbers on Sunday. Police sources said that four robbers entered into his house on Saturday late night and took all the inmates hostage at gunpoint and snatched gold ornaments from the women forcibly besides looting mobile phones and other valuables from the house. Later they fled the scene. Mohammad Shehzad informed the local police and got the case registered against the unknown outlaws.
