Three killed over piece of land

DADU, Dec 28: Three people were shot dead in an armed clash over a piece of land in Mehar on Tuesday.

SHO Mehar Allah Dino Panhwar told journalists that some people from Chandio clan were coming to Mehar town on motorcycles when a group of people belonging to Khosos attacked them.

In the gunbattle two Chandios and one Khoso died. They had been identified as Asghar Ali, Arz Mohammad and Allah Dino.

Mehar police have registered a double murder case

against Ghulam Rasool, Ali Haider, Yasin, Sardar, Mehar, Chakar and Sikandar, all Khoso by caste. No FIR for murder of Asghar Ali Khoso could be registered.
