LAHORE, Dec 18: Mughalpura police have registered a case against a constable for doing a wheelie in uniform on Shalimar Link Road.

Waqas, who was recently inducted into the police department and was currently attached with Qila Gujjar Singh Police Lines, was captured by a police team when he was doing a wheelie.— Staff Reporter
