KARACHI, Nov 15: Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) chairman Dr Mohammed Yaseen has observed that companies are diverging into new grounds for the development of local contents and applications and it signifies a shift in telecom industry.

He was addressing prize distribution ceremony of calling All Innovators Pakistan-2010 developer’s competition organised by Nokia in Karachi, says a press release.
