Missile lands in Bajaur

BAJAUR, Nov 10: An American missile fired on Taliban positions in the Kunar province of Afghanistan on Friday night hit an area eight kilometres inside Pakistan in the Bajaur Agency, but did not explode.

The 20-kg missile landed in the border village of Cheenagai in the Bajaur Agency when American jets carried out bombardment on Taliban positions in the Kunar province.

Experts said that if the missile had exploded, it would have resulted in the loss of human lives and property.
