QUETTA, June 28 The Balochistan High Court (BHC) has restrained the federal government from issuing prohibited bore licences on the quota basis.

The division bench comprising Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Muhammad Noor Muskanzai issued the order while hearing a target killing case on Monday.—Staff Correspondent
