10 injured in Kasur fireworks explosion

KASUR, April 18 As many as 10 people, including six children, were injured in a fireworks explosion in a wedding procession in Allahabad locality on Friday night.

The wedding procession of Muhammad Husain Bhatti`s son was going when crackers exploded in a bulk, injuring at least 10 people, including five-year-old Arslan, who lost his one hand, and nine-year-old Adeel, who lost his one eye. All the injured were taken to THQ Hospital in Chunnian.

The police were investigating.
