‘Justice not for sale’

SARGODHA, June 21: Justice should never be sold so as not to deprive the poor of it.

This was stated by Punjab Bar Council members Mian Naseem Ahmad, Tasadduq Husain Baloch and Muhammad Mazhar Lillah at a joint press statement on Friday.

Criticizing the local traders’ demand of high court bench, they said the businessmen had always deprived the people of their legitimate rights by using the force of coin. However, they said they would not allow them to purchase the High Court Bench.

The Bar members clarified federal law minister Dr Khalid Ranjha had never provided any undue benefit to the people of Sargodha.
