Wendy meets Musharraf

ISLAMABAD, May 13: US Ambassador Wendy Chamberlin on Monday called on President Gen Pervez Musharraf on Monday.

The Pakistan-US cooperation to combat terrorism in the region dominated the meeting, an official announcement said.

The stand-off between Pakistan and India was also discussed, it added.

The ambassador will be leaving for Washington by the end of the month after the completion of her tenure in Pakistan.
