MARDAN, Aug 6: An agreement has been reached between the Tehsil Municipal Administration and the

South Asia Power Project Company (SAPPC) to install a plant to produce 15 megawatts of electricity from solid waste generated in the district.

The agreement was reached at a meeting attended by Mardan Tehsil Nazim Ihsanullah Bacha and SAPPC representatives Sumer Yousuf and Arsan Saddiqui, sources said on Wednesday.
