KARACHI, July 29: Ten ships carrying containers and to load cement and clinker are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Wednesday, according to KPT sources.

Six ships, Cosco Lian Yun Gang Sinar Bintan, St. Irene to unload and load containers, Sargodha to offload and load general cargo and Oriental Marguerite and Bow Cheetah, tankers, were berthed after the departure of as many.

The departing ships were led by Cosco Karachi, Y.M. Inauguration, Saigon Express, St Irene, Gulf Tiger and Adriatic Arrow, while Cosco Yun Gang, Sinar Bintan, Bow Cheetah, Bunga Teratai-3, Oriental Marguerite, Lalazar, Lucky Man and Bulk Arrow are due to sail out on Wednesday.

A total tonnage of 130,000 tons comprising 60,048 tons of export cargo and 70,349 tons of import tonnage was handled on Tuesday.

The following ships are due on Wednesday: Sima Sehba, Hansa Liberty, Harmony, APL Shenzhen, Cape Negro, Hyundai Admiral and Oel Transworld with containers, Jaikur-2 and Devi Glory-1 to load cement and clinker.
