BAHAWALPUR, May 23: The 42nd death anniversary of the last Bahawalpur (now defunct) ruler, Sir Sadiq Muhammad Abbasi V, will be observed here on Saturday (today). The district coordination officer has declared a local holiday in the district on the occasion.
