Constable gunned down in Quetta attack

QUETTA, May 13: A police constable was gunned down and another constable and an inspector were injured in an attack here on Tuesday.

Police said that the SHO of the Brewery Road police station, Chaudhry Fayyaz Ahmed, was going to his office in an official van with his guard and driver when some people on a motorbike attacked them on the Manno Jan road. A spokesman for the Baloch Liberation Army, Beebargh Baloch, has claimed responsibility for the attack.
