HYDERABAD, Jan 17: Sindh Health Services Director-General Dr Abdul Majeed Chhutto here on Thursday declared emergency in the health department and directed all EDOs health to cancel all the leaves of medical and paramedical staff on 9th and 10th of Muharram.
