MADRID, Dec 3: A Spanish court has dropped a money laundering probe investigating PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto, Spanish media reported on Monday.

The court in the eastern region of Valencia investigating the origin of money deposited in a branch of Bancaja bank found no evidence of any irregularities in the case against Ms Bhutto begun in 2004, El Mundo newspaper and news agency Europa Press reported.

No spokesman for the court was immediately available for comment.—Reuters
