Three dozen bombs seized in Zhob

QUETTA, July 7: Border security officials on Saturday arrested a suspected militant in Sambaza area of the Zhob district and claimed to have recovered over three dozen bombs from him.

According to official sources, Frontier Corps personnel arrested the militant at the Sambaza check post on the Pakistan-Afghan border when he was going to Zhob in a bus.

“The suspected militant was coming from Wana carrying 37 bombs,” sources said and added that he was handed over to agencies concerned for interrogation.
