DERA ISMAIL KHAN, March 12: Gunmen shot dead a man here on Monday, police said. Syed Arshad Abbas, 35, a rickshaw driver, was shot dead by two assailants on a motorcycle in Ara outskirts of the Dera Ismail Khan city, local police official Habib Khan told AFP.
