PESHAWAR, Dec 26: Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Tariq Pervez Khan took the oath as acting governor of the NWFP here at the Governor’s House on Tuesday. Senior Judge Shah Jehan Khan administered the oath.Governor Ali Mohammad Jan Aurakzai has left for Saudi Arabia to perform Haj. Later, the acting governor administered the oath of acting PHC chief justice to Justice Shah Jehan Khan.
