HYDERABAD, Nov 1: Justice Mohammad Moosa K Leghari of the Hyderabad circuit bench of Sindh High Court issued notice to the additional advocate general (AAG) Sindh and executive engineer of Naseer division to appear in court on November 3, taking suo motu notice of growers’ complaints about water shortage.
