Israel’s PM Benjamin Netanyahu has instructed the military to strike what he described as “terrorist targets in the Dahiyeh district of Beirut”.

In a post on X, Netanyahu insisted that the strikes are in response to the “repeated and ongoing violations” of the ceasefire in Lebanon by Hezbollah.
