Man murders wife, two in-laws
NAROWAL: A man shot his wife, mother-in-law and brother-in-law dead over a domestic dispute in Sialkot and fled.
Jibran Mushtaq, a resident of village Dogri Harian, Pasrur tehsil of Sialkot, said in his complaint filed with the police that his sister Mussarat Bibi had come to his house after a quarrel with her husband Mudasar Ali.
He said that on Sunday night, his brother-in-law Mudasar Ali, a resident of Kotla Ambanwala, came to our house armed with an automatic weapon and opened fire.
As a result, Jibran’s mother, Waheeda Bibi and brother Sufyan were seriously injured in the firing and died on the spot.
He said that the suspect then entered the bedroom and shot his (Jibran’s) sister Mussarat Bibi dead. After the firing, the suspect fled the scene, brandishing the weapon.
On being informed of the murders, a heavy contingent of police reached the spot and collected evidence and recorded statements.
Phulora police have registered an FIR against the suspect, Mudasar Ali, his mother Sajida Bibi and brother Ansar Niamat under sections 302, 109 and 34 of the PPC.
The police shifted the bodies to the government hospital for the postmortem examination.
Sialkot DPO retired Captain Dost Muhammad took notice of the murders and ordered the immediate arrest of the suspects.
