According to a report by Haaretz, the Israel Defence Forces has said that it cannot guarantee it will send an alert for missiles before sirens sound.

“Commenting on Friday’s short notices, the IDF said that it cannot commit to a specific number of minutes between the warning and the activation of sirens,” the report said.
