The UN Refugee Agency – UNHCR — has said that approximately 100,000 people have left Tehran since the start of the conflict.

In an ‘Emergency Flash Update’ issued today, the UN agency said the figures likely underestimated the scale of displacement, as population movements are expected to be significantly higher across the country.
