PHC transfers 74 judicial officers
PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court on Thursday ordered transfer and posting of 74 judicial officers including 10 district and sessions judges (DSJs), eight senior civil judges (SCJ) and 56 civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates.
In this regard three separate orders were released by the PHC registrar, Mohammad Zeb.
According to one of the orders, DSJ Naseem Akbar has been transferred to PHC as officer on special duty (OSD), whereas he is replaced by DSG Ali Gohar, presently serving as judge accountability court in Peshawar.
DSJ Upper Kohistan Fareed Khan Alizai has been transferred to PHC for his onward posting as judge anti-terrorism court upon retirement of the incumbent.
Another DSJ Dir Lower Ajmal Khan Wazir has been transferred to PHC as OSD for onward posting as judge consumer court Dera Ismail Khan, whereas the incumbent, Irshad Ahmad Khan, has been transferred as judge consumer court in Swat.
The other transferred DSJs include: Miss Zainab Rehman from consumer court Bannu to consumer court Nowshera; Miss Sumaira Wali, from DSJ Buner to PHC for onward posting as judge consumer court Bannu; Miss Sadia Andaleeb, from consumer court Swat to consumer court Kohat; Shakirullah Khan, from consumer court Nowshera to DSJ Dir Lower; and,
Naveed ur Rehman, from DSJ Upper Chitral to DSJ Buner.
Similarly, the transferred SCJs include: Hamid Kamal from Peshawar to Lower Chitral, Syed Mansoor Shah Bukhari from KP Judicial Academy to North Waziristan, Aftab Javed from Mansehra to Karak, Ghulam Hamid, from Karak to Upper Chitral, Farman Ali, from Lower Chitral to Bannu, Miss Amina Haider from Bannu to Buner, Samiullah Khan from North Waziristan to Mansehra and Arshad Ali from Upper Chitral to Peshawar.
Moreover, 56 of the civil judges have been transferred and posted in different stations across the province.
