The UN agency for Palestinian refugees has said that people with disabilities, the elderly, and children are being disproportionately effected by Israel’s war on Gaza.

More than 83 percent of people with disabilities have lost assistive devices, while an estimated 80 percent of the elderly are in urgent need of medication, the agency said on X.
