SARGODHA: Two men were injured when armed men opened fire in a square in Sargodha city and fled.

The injured, identified as Ayaz Ahmed (22), of Gujjar Mohalla, and Muhammad Omar, of Sargodha, were shifted to the DHQ Teaching Hospital.

The men were reportedly targeted over an old enmity.

The police are collecting evidence and investigating the matter.

SEALED: The Sargodha Municipal Corporation (MC) has sealed the Sher Dil Market over rent default and pasted notices of closure.
