At least 10 Palestinians have been shot dead and more than 60 others injured near an aid centre, northwest of Rafah city, according to a medical source speaking to Al Jazeera Arabic.
Separately, a source in Nasser Hospital said two people were killed as a result of Israeli shelling of the Al-Satar area, northwest of Khan Younis city.
