ISLAMABAD: Following directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Ministry of Energy, the deadline for Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) consumers, whose bills for July were due in August, has been further extended by 10 days without any additional surcharge.

Furthermore, consumers who have already paid their July electricity bills with late payment surcharge (LPS) will have their LPS adjusted in the August bill.
